Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is not an advance payment on the service, but a fee to reserve your desired time slot. It will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
The full address will be sent to you in your confirmation email.
Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid before you leave.
Accepted payment methods are cash or Interac e-transfer to payment@braidsandstitches.com
No late or deferred payments will be accepted
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Between 15 and 30 minutes late, a $25 fee will apply.
More than 30 minutes late will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit.
No-Shows
Any client who does not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be blocked from booking future appointments.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment date if adequate notice is given.
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair free of product buildup. I will moisturize your hair before the style.
A blow-dry service is available as an add-on.
Hair must be at least 4 inches long with no bald spots or hair/scalp issues.
Failure to follow the preparation instructions may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
Guests
For comfort and safety reasons, no guests (adults or children) are allowed to accompany you during your appointment, unless agreed upon in advance.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these policies.
Any violation of these conditions may result in the cancellation of your appointment without refund.
